Excessive Sweating is a problem that troubles people all over the world. Palmar hyperhidrosis is one of the symptoms. This occurs when your hands are sweating abnormally. People having sweaty palms get this problem in nercous or stressful situations and because of this they may try to avoid social confrontation where they would shake hands or hold paperwork which might get wet.
Axillary hyperhidrosis is another symptom, and this occurs in the underarm area. Having excessive sweating at this area will cause sweat stains that are embarrasing to have in public. For those who work in offices where wearing a shirt is prohibited this can really become another problem that might make them also avoid social contact. People with this condition should avoid bright colors in their fabrics.
Facial hyperhidrosis are excessive sweating in the facial area. This can, as all the other forms of hyperhidrosis, occur at any time which make people with this illness especially exposed to embarrasment as they are constantly thinking about wether other people are noticing the sweat which are visible at all time.
Last we have plantar hyperhidrosis are excessive sweating on the feet. This isnt all that much of a problem as one has to take of his shoes to expose the problem, but its a problem still. When that person is at home and takes his shoes of, after the feet have been soaking throughout the day, the feet will be stinking for a long time unless he washes them thouroughly.
So to spot symptoms of excessive sweating, check if the spots appear pink or white. This indicates an area that have been exposed to liquid for longer period of time. Situations that are more severe may have areas which are cracked, scaly or even soft. These persons may have a more serious problem with hyperhidrosis.
