Problems With Excessive Sweating?
For some the sweating problem is more severe than with others and thus there needs to be dealt with on more occasions. Having troubles with excessive sweating means that one come up in a lot of situations were one starts getting sweat circles under their armpits and other areas. But dont worry, there are ways to control these problems aswell. I will share with you the tips Ive found useful for controlling excessive sweating.
Tip 1: Excercise Regularly
Excercise has been found to help stop sweating. By keeping your body fat low you actually will sweat less. This is because the fat in your body can be blocking the temperature exchange and then causing the body to sweat as a cause of this. Offcourse, now you will be sweating an awful lot when excercising, but that only makes it look like you are working really hard
And when you are done excercising, your body will be used to be in motion too and wont sweat as much when you are just walking about instead of running.
Tip 2: Drink Lots Of Water
Water helps the inner temperature system to keep going as it should. Its like the oil for a car, nothing works without it. So keep that bottle close at all times.
Tip 3: Be Aware Of Your Clothing
Even if you still are sweating, there is things you can do to hide that fact. By wearing light-colored clothing, the sweat circles wont show up that big. Having the shirts in a more loose fit also helps air circulation for your skin And dont wear polyester, nylon or silk next to your skin. If you absolutely have to I suggest wearing a shirt underneath that which are made of cotton which allows your body to breathe more easily.
Tip 4: Stop Stressing!
Stress is the number one cause of sweating. When you get nervous, the body temperature immediately starts to rise and this causes the sweating. Taking up stress management excercises may help combat this problem. Yoga is a prime example of this, but other small stuff like deep breathing is known to be very effective against stress. Also when you find that you start stressing and are worried you will be sweating, just try “thougth stopping”. This is when you tell yourself to stop thinking about that which stresses you and tell yourself that there is nothing you can do about. And do your deep breathing as usual.
These are some of the tips that have worked for me. Aswell as taking of your clothing when you start sweating, which immediately makes the airflow much greater, but that isnt always an option in public places.
