Comparing Different Cures To Stop Sweating
Sweating is a common among the society. We sweat when we are excercising, when we are nervous and even when we are anxious. But for some, sweating is a real problem that cause them to not living their lives to the fullest. Being halted by a problem like sweating is annoying, but can be dealt with. There are many ideas on how to stop sweating, but not all of them are that effective. I will compare some of the ideas that are floating around in the world.
The first thing one should consider is seeing a doctor about the problem. About one out of every 25 people are suffering from hyperhidrosis. The problem can occur at different parts of the body, like on the face, in the armpits, in the palms and other places. These cant be cured, but a has very effective treatments that will control the problem. These include aluminium chloride, injecting botox in the problem areas or other medication.
Now, doing an operation to stop sweating should be your last resort. There could be plenty of other reasons for your excessive sweating. The first thing you should do is try the things that havent got sideffects or even have other positive benefits aswell as it might help you stop sweating. These things are stuff like diet, smoking, hygiene, etc.
First thing one should do is checking ones diet. If you are consuming lots of salt, you should reduce this drastically. This goes with spicy food too, and this one worked especially well for me. I used to eat alot of taco, taco pizza, garlic, chilli nuts and other sorts of exotic food, but it just caused my sweating glands to go haywire. There is nothing wrong with eating some of this ones in awhile, but severly cutting down on the intake should reap results pretty quick.
Drinks affect your sweating aswell. Drinking lots of water is actually very beneficial to stop sweating. It makes the body control its temperature better and as a result the body doesnt have to sweat as much to regain control of it, so always keep a bottle of water with you, it has other benefits than just stopping the sweating. Caffeine should be removed from your list of drinks you consume. Coffee makes your body temperature rise, exactly the opposite of what we are trying to achieve. Smoking is known to do the exact same thing, so now is another reason for you coffee drinking and cigarette smoking people out there to get healthy
Remembering to shower regularly has shown to decrease the sweating as it cools the body off. Just remember to use colder water than usual. If you shower in steaming water, you will notice that you are sweating almost right after you are done drying yourself, and the shower has worked against its purpose.
